Jackie Wang is a multi-award-winning poet, library rat, trauma monster, harpist, and Assistant Professor of American Studies and Ethnicity at University of Southern California. She is the author of The Sunflower Cast a Spell to Save Us from the Void, Carceral Capitalism, as well as the chapbooks Tiny Spelunker of the Oneiro-Womb and The Twitter Hive Mind Is Dreaming. When not writing poetry she researches race, surveillance technology, and the political economy of prisons and police.
