Eric DeLuca specializes in collaborative leadership, innovation, and profound change. He recently incubated the Neighboring Food Cooperative Association (NFCA), a network of 15 New England food co-ops collaborating for a thriving regional economy. Based in the Northeast region, Eric is a network leader in healthy food system and community economic development.
Previously, Eric was a Project Manager at Dialogos, an organizational learning consulting firm that is a world leader in designing, initiating, and facilitating large-systems change. While at Dialogos, Eric focused on the use of technology as a leadership development tool, and on client relationship development.
In addition to the CalArts Alumni Association board, Eric serves on the boards of the Vermont Agriculture Innovation Center and Franklin Community Co-op. He holds a BA from Brown University and an MFA in Integrated Media from CalArts, where he served as student representative on the Board of Trustees.
