THEATER: Peter Handke's They Are Dying Out is an epic reflection on the psyche of the corporate world and how it infects the humanity of those who engage it. Business kingpin Hermann Quitt knows that it is challenging for him to live up to his own ideal image of life. Frustrated by this knowledge, he turns into an unethical monster who disregards his wife, breaks contracts, betrays and ruins his business associates, and leads him to commit the ultimate crime against himself. MFA Directing alum Chi-Wang Yang returns hom with this spellbinding German play, They Are Dying Out.
