Fulbright Scholar Program

All eligible CalArts faculty members are encouraged to apply the range of Fulbright programs available to U.S. scholars. For more information, please visit the Fulbright website [5] or stop by the Office of the Provost.

CalArts Faculty Academic Services

With the Faculty Academic Services website, CalArts faculty members can view the records of their mentees and the students in their courses, as well as submit mentor reports. Please note that your Academic Services password may be different than your email password.

Interdisciplinary grants

(1) Interdisciplinary grants for student projects -- Proposals for Spring 2009 projects are due November 21, 2008 via hard copy to Justine Garrett in the Provost's Office.

(2) International, Interdisciplinary Travel Funds -- This is very modest funding that will be administered through the Deans Council. Students and/or faculty who plan to travel internationally during the 2008-2009 academic year to further work on an interdisciplinary project are encouraged to submit a proposal to their deans for travel support. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until all funds are awarded.
