Raffaello Mazza teaches courses in digital media and sound. He is passionate about the creative use of technology as a means of expression. As a radio producer, his work includes the NPR-distributed Prescription for Survival and American Dialogues, programs dealing with politics, science and culture. As a producer/engineer, his work includes the music of Jimi Hendrix, Arlo Guthrie and Dr. John; a CD-ROM on John Lee Hooker; and a film on controversial psychological experiments. Mazza created the first computer multimedia lab and coursework for the School of Film. "It's been an interesting ride from San Marino to Spanish Harlem, to Valencia and points in between.
