THEATER: Written by School of Theater Dean and acclaimed playwright Erik Ehn, Beginner comprises three one-act plays set around the Texas/Mexico border. Imagery of Catholic saints, folk mythology, surreal dreamscapes and pop culture are married together to explore a shape-shifting world where even the traditionally reliable forces of space and time are fragile and illusory. Directed by Emily Mendelsohn, MFA2.
