Portfolio or audition

Every student applying to CalArts must audition or submit a portfolio. Please see the Specific Program Requirements for the program to which you are applying.

Portfolios must be sent in a package separate from all other application materials, such as the downloaded Application for Admission, transcripts, recommendations and artist’s statement.
