Paul Vester, currently a Guggenheim Fellow, is working on a new short animated film, IN THE WOODS.

He teaches in the Experimental Animation Department at California Institute of the Arts.

He is represented for commercial work by DUCK studios, Los Angeles.

His most recent film, ABDUCTEES (1995, 11 minutes) is an animated documentary illustrating the hypnotically recovered memories of people abducted by space aliens, and is available on VHS and DVD as part of a compilation of short films titled CARTOON NOIR.

He has been living and working in Los Angeles since 1997. Before that he was based in London, working out of his own company, Speedy Films Ltd.
